Pet Policy

We allow both cats and dogs, but no other types of pets. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per household. Pet rent is $50/month per dog, and $25/month per cat. We charge a one-time (non-refundable) pet fee of $250 (for one pet) or $350 (for two pets). We do not charge a pet deposit, and we do not have a weight limit.

Our restricted breeds are Akita, Chow, Doberman, Hybrid Wolves, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Saint Bernard, as well as any dogs that are mixed with these breeds.

Documentation that pets have been spayed/neutered is required prior to move-in. Please reach out to our office at (855) 736-8223 if you have any additional questions.
